I'm sorry but we do not provide free samples. We are a small family operated business ~ in an effort to keep our products affordable, we have chosen not to pass the expense of free samples onto our customers in the form of higher product pricing.

Orders are always freshly hand blended - therefore expect shipment within 1 week of order placement excluding holidays and weekends.

USA Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority. Most orders ship for $6.95 - Heavier orders are shipped in flat rate shipping boxes. Any additional postage fees will be added to your order once the package is weighed. We never charge handling fees.

International orders are shipped USPS Global Express with mandatory tracking. We only charge actual costs Your initial order invoice will show $6.95 in shipping. Once we determine actual shipping costs, we will then contact you with a revised total and await approval before we finalize and ship your order.

Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, before you purchase products from Clare LéDor please read the following carefully.

The products we offer for sale are made with plant-derived ingredients and therefore, will inevitably vary in color, texture, aroma, etc. Since many ingredients come directly from nature, they are affected by variations in nature (i.e. temperature, rainfall, sunlight, etc.). These differences from batch to batch are considered normal and in no way are regarded as defects in the quality of our products. In fact, we celebrate variations in color and texture.

In addition, the products contain all natural aromatic ingredients. If you are sensitive to the aromas found in nature, please contact us for detailed ingredients in a formula before purchasing. We can modify a formula to meet your specific needs.

Clare LéDor products are freshly blended at the time of your purchase. Due to the personal and delicate nature of the products, once a product has been made per your order, it cannot be returned.

We do offer replacement for items damaged in shipping such as broken glass or leakage, and accept returns for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. Damaged or incorrect/missing items must be emailed in within 3 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced.

We do our correspondence E-Mail. We discovered that when we're busy in the workshop custom blending and packing orders we just can't drop what we're in the middle of doing to answer the phone. This could cause us to make a costly mistake on an order ~ every order is important to us and deserves our full attention. It is always easy to reach us via email and you can rest assured that we respond to your questions promptly.
